Guides adult children from dysfunctional families, starting from self-worth rather than technique, on the view that healthier boundaries grow out of it.

Are you grappling with anxiety, depression, strained relationships, or an overwhelming sense of isolation? If so, you’ve arrived at the right place. I specialize in guiding adult children from dysfunctional families on a transformative journey. Clients often come into therapy carrying the weight of years of self-doubt, depression, and an overwhelming sense of being trapped.

Together, we’ll embark on a dedicated path to dismantle those negative self-images, piece by piece. Through our work, you’ll unearth the intrinsic worth that has always resided within you, buried beneath layers of self-criticism. My philosophy centers on the belief that true worth isn’t found in endless striving, but in embracing one’s authentic self. I help clients make sense of their past, fostering self-compassion for the coping mechanisms they’ve developed along the way. Together, we create a safe space for self-awareness and self-acceptance.

One of the most valuable shifts I’ve witnessed in my clients is the realization of their own inherent worth, not tied to external achievements. Through inner child healing, we validate their past experiences and cultivate a deeper understanding of the “why” behind their behaviors. From this place of self-awareness and self-compassion, we harness their existing strengths and resources to collaboratively identify solutions and set meaningful goals.

What sets my therapy practice apart is my genuine empathy and curiosity about my clients’ worldviews. They often describe feeling truly heard, understood, and validated during our sessions. Many of my clients come from backgrounds of neglect or abuse, where love felt conditional, leading to a belief that they must constantly prove their worth. We begin the journey to healthier boundaries by first nurturing self-worth.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxious or avoidant attachment styles, which can lead to interpersonal conflicts. By addressing the root of these attachment wounds, we pave the way for healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My clients are both men and women, and I’m committed to providing a professional, compassionate, and empathetic space for their healing journey. Let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing together.

What supervision means here

An LPC Associate is fully qualified and licensed, and is completing the supervised hours Texas requires before full licensure. Natasha's work is reviewed regularly by Reem Glasco, LPC-S, which means two clinicians are thinking about your case rather than one.

This practice does not provide emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
